These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the 3PL Logisticwebsite, client portals and warehouse management software (the “Service”), provided by 3PL Logistic, Inc.. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that occurs under your workspace, including actions taken by users you invite. You agree not to use the Service to store or process unlawful content, or to attempt to access another tenant's data.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Usage-based charges (such as shipping pass-through) are billed as incurred.
3. Free trials
Free trials are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. At the end of a trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the inventory, order, and client data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Circumvent tenant isolation or attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces
6. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, and publish our uptime commitment on the Security page for eligible plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms if the other materially breaches them and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable period after notice. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in a signed order form. To the extent permitted by law, 3PL Logistic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice before taking effect.
