Infrastructure

The Service runs on redundant cloud infrastructure across multiple availability zones. Databases are replicated and automatically backed up daily, with point-in-time recovery available for the prior 30 days.

Data isolation by design

Because 3PL Logistic is a multi-tenant white-label platform, tenant isolation is a core design requirement, not an afterthought. Every inventory record, order and user account is scoped to a single tenant at the database layer, and cross-tenant queries are not possible through the application.

Vulnerability management

We run regular dependency and infrastructure vulnerability scans, and engage third-party penetration testers annually. Critical findings are remediated on an expedited timeline.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in the Service, please report it to support@3pllogistic.io. We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address any issue before public disclosure.
